Can it remove old stains? Some, yes. This works best on fresh spills or day old stains. It can work on older stains, especially if you pretty much drench it in the stuff and soak it. I had a pair of pants I was going to cut up or throw away because of a cat throw up stain. I really didn't want to because I freaking love these pants. The stain is still there, I mean, I tried to get it out with other things. This spray reduced the stain to a faint discoloration area. I wish I took before and after photos. Will it remove everything, I don't expect that capability from ANY product. But this saved my pants where other products couldn't so I give it 5 stars for doing the best freaking job! I also love their detergent too. Highly recommend Active line in general. Sensitive skin girlie here, grew up in a tide and true house hold, but Active won my heart by offering the laundry detergent sheets at a good price point and easy to recycle packaging. This product is packaged in plastic, but there aren't to many options for liquids tbh.

We have a lot of kids so was hoping this Messy Kids Stain Remover Spray - 3 Pack 4oz Laundry Spot Cleaner could help us get some stains out. It didn't work nearly as well as I had hoped unfortunately. The neon yellow shirt had ink on it from a marker (not washable one but also not permanent) that had been there for a few days. It did not even budge the stain even though the bottle says ink remover on it. The blue shirt had some red pasta sauce on it for a few days and that also didn't come out even after two application and scrubbing. The plaid shirt had ketchup on it and I sprayed it within 10 minutes of that happening. That stain came out no problem. I also tried it with mud and was successful but again fresh stains.
Worked okay for some fresh stains but not really impressed.

With all the testing I did, I think it is okay for fresh stains but don't expect it to get out any older stains. On the bright side, it didn't discolor any of my kids' clothing so that is a plus.

If you follow the instructions, you should achieve the results you are hoping for. I did end up putting it in the regular wash after letting the stain remover soak in, but for most other stains that are not grease or oil the spot remover worked just fine on its own.
And if you really want to show the stain who's the boss, you can even go as far as washing it in oxy-clean after pre-treating with this product. A sure fire solution. I did find that the spray worked better on cotton and/or poly blend fabrics, so you may need more than one application depending on how fancy your clothing is.
The spray does have a slight scent to it, but it is pleasant smelling for the most part, and it is leaps & bounds better than some other products that typically smell like wet dog. Either way, the scent doesn't linger very long after the applying it anyhow.
The bottom line is that I would order this product again, and the asking price is on par with most other brand name sprays. You can even save a few dollars by ordering the multi-pack instead, since you'll likely need it sooner or later I'm sure.

This pack of three small bottles is great when you have a student living away. Our teenager took one back to school with him, we keep one in the laundry room and one in our bedroom to treat stains before the item goes into the hamper.
It seems to work at least as well as other stain removers we've tried. My teenager is home for the holidays and got a new pair of light coloured sweatpants. Wore them out shopping at a big box store, then put his ketchup-covered hot dog on the seat for a minute, forgot and then sat on it. He didn't even treat the stain immediately, wiped it off with a napkin then went and did some other things before coming home. An ideal opportunity to test out stain remover on a medium sized dried ketchup stain on light coloured sweatpants.
He didn't exactly follow the directions, just did what we'd normally do for a stain. He first rinsed off the ketchup a bit, applied the stain remover and gathered his clothes to do a load of laundry. He didn't do anything differently other than rinsing and spraying the stain. But I think the instructions might be important, as it didn't completely come out until he repeated the process.
Overall this seems like a decent product for pre-treating before washing. Interesting that it seems to be targeted at toddler stains - as adults, we're every bit as skilled at spilling stuff. I would probably order this again.

It works!
I am looking for something to remove stains on clothes and this catches my eye. It comes with 3 packs. Each bottle is 4 oz. It can remove food stain as well as oil stain. It is good for removing stains on any type of fabric, garment, toys, bedding, carpet, upholstery, even spill on white shirt. It can remove all types of stains such as baby clothes, infant food, formula, milk, juice, coffee, mud, grass, grease, ink stains and more. This sounds good.VincentIt works!

Upon opening the package I find 3 small bottles. So I did the following 3 tests. 1) old stain on clothe 2) stain on a table 3) ink stain on a cup, You can take a look at my pictures. I spray on the stain and wait 3-5 minutes. Then I clean it with water or with a wet cloth. All stains disappear! It may not be 100% but at least 90%. It doesn’t say whether it is safe on hands and if you worry then better wear rubber gloves. The bottle is small and I doubt whether it can last a long time but at least there are 3 bottles. I find the spray mechanism doesn’t work as smooth as I want. It doesn’t spray evenly and so I have to re-apply which means I may put on excess.
In general I am happy with the result of this stain remover. Although it is geared for stains created by infants but to me it is general purpose.
