1. Came in 3 days from order placed - a full 1-4 days ahead of schedule.
2. From the reviews, was expecting it to be difficult to put together but it was a breeze. Everything fit, all the parts and tools were there, and nothing was broken or misaligned. Putting it together while on its side made it easy and quick. Not a single issue and it was together and tightened up in 15 minutes.
3. Sturdier than I expected.
4. A nice surprise to learn that the pull out table not only has a catch already installed to keep it from sliding all the way out, but it can extend on either side of the chair depending on what your space constrictions are.
5. Longer and taller than any other like it on the market. I'm a tall girl and it didn't leave either my legs or my head short and flopping over, as other products can (79.5" vs. 72.5").
6. Unlike my cloth chaise lounge, this one folds down nice and flat and long so I can use it as an additional bed (with extra padding that is) when I have company.
7. I like that, unlike so many other similar ones, it has arms cuz I like something up higher to rest my long arms on.
8. Oiled it with Howard's Feed & Wax (only thing on hand) as soon as I completed the assembly and it looks like a beautiful teak piece, which is perfect because it's going in my patio room of all teak furniture.
9. The cushion is a nice color, not too white or too wheat, it's perfect.
The only thing I will have to do is supplement the cushions with additional padding as my use for this is to sit in the patio room with the cats to watch movies. It's a little too firm to sit on for long periods of time, or to have someone sleep on without additional padding. No big deal though, that's an easy fix.
From MY experience, this is a great product, hassle free, for a good price, and easy to assemble. I will include pics if I can.

Amazing lounge chairs, poor customer service
Straight up- I LOVE THESE CHAIRS. I went through hell and back to get them, and it was worth it. I’m rather disappointed in BestChoiceProducts and Amazon’s customer service though and I do think it needs to be pointed out. On August 24th, I ordered a set of these chairs (2 lounge chairs - because who buys just ONE lounge chair!?!) On August 25th, I received a notification that both of the chairs were en route and would be delivered by the weekend. I was excited to have the chairs for my Labor Day weekend of hanging out at home. On August 26th, I received a notification that one of the chairs was on its way but the other chair would not be arriving as it’s out of stock. That seemed strange to me since I received a tracking number for two chairs. I reached out to Best Choice Products and all they said was that the reason only one chair was delivered is because it’s out of stock and no estimated date or if they will ever be able to restock the item. So, after speaking with an Amazon customer service rep, she advised there was one USED chair at the amazon facility and assured this one would arrive in a timely manner. I was a bit skeptical ordering a used chair, but thought because I needed a matching set (and the lounge chair market sucks!) I’d go ahead and purchase it, even though the price was the exact same for a used chair. I ordered that chair. Received a notification and tracking info about it being on its way. 1 week later - receive another notification that it’s actually out of stock and my order cannot be fulfilled. What the hell!!?! Fast forward to Amazon service rep reaching out to BestChoiceProducts once more to see if they will have these chairs will be in stock again soon - to which their response is basically that I’m S.O.L. I reached out to BestChoiceProducts again to see if I could be alerted about a potential restock and they basically ignored my request stating that they were unsure if the chair would ever be restocked. Super unprofessional and poor customer service practices. You can imagine my excitement and also my dismay when I noticed they were in stock, three days later. You’d think BCP would reach out and let me know? NOPE! but I did get my chairs finally and that’s all that matters so woooooweeeeee :)

While searching for chaise lounge chairs in July of 2023, we came across these that had pretty decent reviews. We assumed the cushions would fade as they are not Sunbrella but that was ok to us as we would probably change the colors every few years. We store them in a bin and take them out when in use.
What we did not assume is the wood would begin to split and rot 1 year after purchase. From the description of the product, "...naturally hardy acacia wood frame for years of superior lounging.", we assumed that these would last, years. However, we are 1 year from purchase and assembly and we have this condition. They were outside from mid-late July of 2023 until October of 2023, stored in a pool house, and then pulled out of the pool house in April of 2024. So, all in all, have been outside in the "elements" for approximately 7 months. While it seemed like a wise investment over the aluminum versions sold all over, it is seeming like one that we regret.
We purchased 6 of them originally, and some were damaged. Best Choice products stood by their products and shipped replacements, in which, more were damaged. They then credited our account for 1 product. We were satisfied as, again, they stood by their product.
Now, however, the "years" mentioned above in their description directly from them, their response was this, "However, your item is no longer within our 60 days warranty period. With this, we will no longer be able to accommodate either a return of your order for a refund or replacement or ship a part replacement at this time."
I was not looking for a return. I was looking for replacement parts, a replacement chair, something. Their previous responses were all AI generated. It is unfortunate as these are great chairs on day 1 but not after year 1. With all of this, purchase only if you plan on purchasing new ones every year. Personally, and regrettably, I would look elsewhere. We live in the northeast and the weather is not extreme one way or the other...these should have lasted "years".

I looked a MILLION lounge chairs before I chose these. They were so easy to assemble - they came mostly put together. My husband and I put both together in under an hour (that includes breaking down the boxes and clean up). I have received so many compliments on these! I love that they have wheels and are easy to move and the fact that they lay down flat makes them perfect for getting some sun. The slide out shelves are a nice feature and they can slide out on both sides to accommodate my constant moving the furniture around. My only gripe is that the pads have faded significantly in the 2 months I have had them. With that being said, they dry very quickly and are comfortable. For the price, it's still a good deal. Can't speak for longevity yet, but I do plan on getting covers for these for the winter months.

low build quality, wrong drilling, missing parts, fragile wood

1. predrilled holes were misplaced in several locations.
2. Some wood ended up splitting or got broken during the assembly
3. 2 holes were missing the female metal threads.
End result was ok and the lounge looks quite nice and big. That is only after having to fix multiple faulty parts. On the second lounge assembly, I got annoyed by those faulty parts and really wanted to return but putting all back in the box and having to carry those to UPS was not something I was willing to deal with so I made some modifications to make it work. They really need to work on their production line and treat the wood better.
