    The instructions are unclear... A simple:
    1. Screw type here
    2. Longer screw type here
    Putting it together is fairly clear once you have a look at the pieces, but knowing there are plenty out there who need them numbered/lettered to build... that is a no go for me.
    The instructions shows how it goes together for a different model, and there aren't enough screw holes for the padding piece. Can't even keep it together as there isn't a hole for any screw there to go into!

    I used to own one of these in High School. I am 47 now and I am glad to see they are still around. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because it is a little off balance. For the price, This product is top notch though. I Feel the difference in only a couple of days using this.     Just be aware of what you’re getting, and you won’t be disappointed.

    It wasn't easy assembling this. Still cldnt assemnle it. The head pad refused to go in. One of the nuts refused to go in and it looks like the item was used anyway. It's going back cos I can't use it without the head pad.
