    Nothing negative to say, probably fine for much younger and stronger people.

    These are not for casual stretching or firming kind of workouts.
    There is a lot of resistance, and your range of motion is going to be very limited for most people.
    I am giving up on these and asking my Physical Therapist to tell me where she gets the ones I use during my sessions (which I should have done in the first place).

    These are great for exercising. But they are also very helpful if you need to stretch. I sling them around the bottom of my feet and pull up to give the back of my legs a really good stretch. I have back issues and leg issues. This really helps a lot. And the price is not bad either.
