    Everything I have read about losing weight as an obese individual has said that I need to lift heavy. I bought a 35lb kettlebell and I was lifting every weekday hoping to get the results I see everyone else getting. It was very slow and painful but I was finally seeing results.

    I saw these in June and I figured it was worth a shot and they are great quality at a great price. I started using the lowest resistance the beginning of July and it was fine doing the floor exercises. I decided to kick it up a notch and wear a resistance band around my thighs while I was walking around my neighborhood with my kids in a stroller. It was a total game changer. I started building muscles and burning fat like crazy. Almost no sore muscles at all, probably my favorite part about it. It's probably the most empowered I've ever felt. I was 225lbs when I started and now I'm 205. I'm not going to stop using it, I just thought I would share my success.
    I love these resistance bands, they stay where I put them and they don't stretch out too much while I'm using them. I like the colors. I have used all of the different levels, they are perfect for me.

    I took up archery as a new hobby. Turns out, it's a strength sport and I lack strength in my arms and upper back. These resistance bands might be advertised as for your booty, but I use it for my arms. I just have to pull on them like I would an archery bow and hopefully I'll slowly start to strengthen my arm muscles. It comes in a pack of 4 with different poundage. I'm starting off on the turquoise one which is the lightest. It gives good resistance. The heaviest one (black one) says 'Heroic'. Good luck pulling that one! It comes with a net bag so you can keep it all together so it's tidy and organised.
