My second order. Bands come sealed individually in plastic; nice. Package box is also sealed. Seller includes in package a sheet of stretches you may consider for startup. Heavy band i use least, but still use it. I'm older and thin, so light and medium bands work well for me. more repetition works better for me than heavy band grunt. i never travel without my bands. using bands helps you banish anxiety and also helps with focus. reward yourself with a nice, hot cup of chai tea after a 30 minute stretch. and, oh yeah, the dollar bill in photo simply for sizing.

One knock though, when you first get them, air them out for a couple of days and that rubber smell goes away.
