I take my fitness and health very seriously and of course I squirt on stuff. Sometimes I was a little bit sceptical about getting a yoga mat over $10. I’ve had the same one for years and years and I was never that serious about yoga or using my math and it was from five below And I try to be minimal. I was like I don’t need to spend $20 on a yoga mat I just ordered this the other day and I’ve been consistent with yoga for around three months now I am going to order two more of these so I can have one on every floor of my house because I love it that much And it’s gonna last you forever highly highly recommend treat yourself by the damn yoga mat and remember to honour yourself for where you are show up for yourself and love yourself🤎

    The value for the money here is a no brainer. I got this as a starter mat, because I wasn’t sure how much I would keep up with yoga, and it has served me really well. Since purchasing, I have fallen in love with yoga, and practice enough at this point to invest in a thinner, more expensive mat. This mat provided the literal foundation for my practice, and provided great support as I learned. The strap it comes with feels flimsy, but it managed several long walks to the studio without ever coming undone or slipping. If you’re doing hot yoga, I highly recommend a towel (this mat doesn’t do great with excess sweat), but otherwise this mat is great for beginners, or someone needing a bit more joint support than typical mats provide.

    We have gone through many yoga mats, that breakdown, tear and leave bits of rubber/plastic all over the room. These seem well made, really soft and more durable.
