Great as a dog training tool!
I ordered this yoga mat and cut it in half to use it as a portable place for my dog until we have the space for an indoor cot or KILMB. The benefit is I can also use this on the go like in dog training or when we go on training outings!So far though her nails have done some damage to it the mat has been very comfy and easy to clean if you're using it for your pets. The size is fantastic so if you'd want to use this for yoga I'd say this works for almost all heights! It's not very slippery but light enough to nudge with your feet if you need to. I can't speak to the support but my dog likes laying on it vs the floor (especially in cooler periods) so it must be more comfortable. She eats up beds so I'm waiting for her to grow out of it to have a bed in the living room as she doesn't sleep on the floor or her crate at night.As you can see her tail is going a mile a minute in the photo as she loves things for her and she loves being asked to do something if it makes her feel helpful! The photo was before i trimmed it in half but it's still got a great space range for an amstaff mix that's around 60 lbs even when cut in half if you want to use it as a crate mat or support/cushioning for a dog cot.Genuinely? I might actually buy this for myself to help with my knee injury exercises.
