Great Parka but you will need to clean up lose threads.
I would have gave this BeLeaf jacket 5 stars but there were about a dozen long threads. Some that were bound to stick into zippers. I spent about 15 mins with a lighter, the threads are Poly and melt, cleaning them up.The Parka has a great design with a nice pocket in the back that also doubles as a compression storage bag for the parka.It also has a rubber seal in the back to prevent any rain or snow from coming up your back.I needed a new cycling parka as it cools off and didn't want another name brand one.At $60 it was a gamble because big name rain/wind parkas aren't much more but I like it and will definitely be using it a lot this fall and winter.

    I wear this jacket for outdoor exercise, mostly running and walking. I'm very pleased with the fit and function. This jacket is very waterproof and is dependable even in heavy rain.. The fabric itself doesn't seem breathable, but the vent in the back works well enough. The hood is adjustable and works well with a slight bill to the front. The hood doesn't flop in front of my face and I've never had water drip into the jacket.

    I'm also like the high visibility color for jogging at dusk/dark and obviously wanting to be visible to drivers.

    I use this primarily for cycling on cool days. The color of the product I bought is fluorescent yellow. It is easily seen from a distance to enhance safety while riding. It protects against penetrating wind but I have not yet encountered rain while wearing it. Under the faucet the fabric shed water completely it just ran off. Regarding fit: I am 6'0" at 180 pounds and wear a long size in shirt sizes so the sleeve length is a key factor in what I buy. The XL size while too loose in the mid section was very much to my liking regarding the length of the sleeves and the length of the torso. It is not a rain jacket: a large opening across the back has a covering "flap" that while protecting against rain, offers a venting capability. So because there is such a large opening to the "outside", this product is not constructed like a true rain jacket. Workmanship is excellent: stitching is perfect and the zipper works smoothly but can catch on the inside rain flap. Also the front main zipper does not work well while riding as to loose midsection fit requires two hands to operate the zipper: one to hold the fabric from moving while the zipper is being operated. Bikers typically wear more form fitting attire and this would serve better if the torso were more snug. The material is light weight and has a nice lining. Pockets are well placed and their zippers work smoothly (but again, best with two hands). Desired Improvements: One modification I would like to see would be a means of stowing or folding the cowl or hood into the collar when not in use. It has no provision for this which would seem to be a simple thing for the manufacturer to incorporate into their design. A loose hood may not be an issue for those who were to use it for such things as hiking or walking, but cyclists would need to prevent a "drag chute" effect while riding. To reduce the effect of the drag chute effect, I wear the color inside the jacket when I first put it on - but think the product has a design flaw in this area. Overall, this product delivered an upgrade over my previous wind break (primarily for the rain protection) so I am pleased with this purchase in comparison and with an eye on its higher than justified price, I would recommend it to anyone with similar needs.

    I did take video on the jacket and tried on. Even though it is a bit tight, it feels comfortable, I didn't start to sweat after wearing it for a little time inside. The zippers seem to be waterproof and the material too. The pockets have the same type of zipper as the closing. It features an inside pocket and silicone rim to avoid slipping up. I will come back and update after I got the larger one.

    Got this for my son for Christmas. Quality is good. The only thing I’m questioning is the length. I ordered XL so he could wear a jacket or sweatshirt under to walk his dog in rain. It fits him well but is short for a rai jacket. It comes to his waist that’s it. To me a rain jacket should be to your buttocks so that the water can shed off. He kept it as says really repels rain & hood is nice but I think it should be longer.
