    This strap has very sturdy stitching that allows you to customise the use and grab it from different sections. I bought it and use it exclusively for stretching my feet and ankles since I have Haglungs Deformity and I don’t want to have surgery. It seems to be doing the trick. Anyone with plantar faciitous could use this as well. I would recommend it.

    I needed to get one of these "stretch it out" straps. I looked at a few different brands here on Amazon and decided to purchase this one. It arrived today and I immediately put it through my PT exercise program. It is sized and fits and feels just like the one at the PT clinic. It's extremely durable. Has no elasticity which is necessary for this kind of product and is made of a fabric or material that is pleasant to touch. I have sensitive skin and I don't like handling really rough or course things. Looks like it will last a long time

    You have a few choices of color which is interesting. At the therapist's, hers are all green. I like that I could get a black one and be a little bit understated.

    I'll update this review if going forward I have any surprises

The color you buy doesn’t matter, get whatever you want. I bought black. Simple to use too.
