    I have used the Syntus Yoga Block and Yoga Strap Set for the past year and was impressed by its sturdiness and durability. The blocks are extremely light, easy to use, and stackable, I pack all my gear into a small corner in my house so this is important to me. When working out, they are definitely not there to add weight, but provide physical assistance and resistance during certain types of movements. But, remain sturdy enough that I can lay or sit directly on them, even the short end. I am not a light girl so this was a big concern and plus for me. I have been able to use them successfully in pilates and yoga and continue to enjoy these blocks.
    The included strap is good length, especially if you are not super flexible and is quite durable.
    I have been extremely happy and impressed with this product set.
