I bought it for vr workouts and the mat is great at being a mat. Seems to be tough and beats those puzzle block pads that separate all the time.The cons: good luck getting the mat back into the sleave. I pulled out the mat, pulled off the plastic wrap than tried immediately putting it pack in without rolling it and that sleave will a challenge. Good thing I'm not gonna put it back into it, it grips the sleave too making it rough.Thr pro, it came with belts to hold the mat tight.

    This is very soft foam. We had already tried something like it and it just doesn’t hold up to dog paws. If anything with paws will walk across it, ever, it will be destroyed. No paws in house, have at it. There is nothing special about it. Just cheap foam. Probably overpriced.
