Good Addition to my Yoga practice
I recently tried the Gaiam Yoga Bolster, and it exceeded my expectations. The firmness is just right, providing support without sacrificing comfort. I love that it comes in various colors, adding a bit of personal flair to my yoga space. The handle is handy for carrying it around, though I wish there was one on both sides for even easier transport. The removable cover is a great feature, being able to toss it in the washing machine is a huge plus for keeping it clean. I use this bolster for somatic yoga, and it works perfectly across my shoulders, allowing me to arch my back and open up my spinal spaces comfortably. This bolster has definitely enhanced my yoga practice.
