I have tried a dozen+ electrolyte/hydration drinks, waters, and powders. Above all, this is the most effective one, tastes great (just like the packet states), smells fruity, and has the strength to keep headaches from dehydration at bay! Some days I empty an easy to open packet in a glass of water and down 8 oz to jump start my day with a zip! Most days, my water bottle contains a mix and match of two packets, ice, and water to remind me to hydrate! Hydrate! Hydrate! After 2 weeks, DD has become my Core Strength Habit with vitamins, not caffeine. Electrolytes drive hydration into your body’s cells, thus tamping down one of the more common reasons for headaches: dehydration. Almost perfect
Our family really likes the flavors and that they mix easily without a lot of stirring. We take them to the beach every year to keep the kids hydrated during all the playing in the sun and to keep the adults hydrated after a cocktail or two. I give them to the kids after a basketball game and I find that the help prevent leg cramps if I’ve been on my feet all day. The only thing I’m not the biggest fan of is that they contain Sucralose (Splenda). Somehow I missed that when I first ordered them and now I’m on the hunt for something we all like as much that doesn’t have artificial sweeteners.
