I especially love the easy tear function so much with my wonky hands that I keep asking the brand that does work for POTS to start using this style packaging. My husband is an advanced pickle ball player and sweats a lot during games. This electrolyte mix gives him sustainability during and especially after playing to avoid electrolyte loss symptoms. I also use it during the hot summer when I am doing hard outdoor work in the sun as it helps replenish my electrolytes and the taste is fantastic. The biggest plus is that it’s packaged in individual servings which you can throw in your gym bag and use as needed. Very convenient. It is pricey, but all of the electrolyte mixes seem to be very expensive.
