I had a bad experience with this belt but customer service took care of me right away. I've updated my review because they are committed to their product and service and will do the right thing by shipping me a new one! Just from my experience, this belt does VERY well with most weights but if you are lifting heavy often like 45lbs+. it might be too heavy but it experiences may vary.

    I am using this belt to perform Belt Squats, which are squats that are performed by standing on two boxes with the belt chain attached to a weight and squatting - it's like a dip for your legs. One can also do this by hooking the belt up to a cable machine and squatting. There is also a belt squat machine that attaches a cable to the belt, although my gym does not have one. So far, I have used it by attaching a kettlebell to the chain and squatting with a foot on each box. The belt doesn't move around or cut into my legs as much as the leather dip belt at the gym and the fact that this belt has padding under the D rings makes it more comfortable. But the chain definitely makes the process challenging because it's such an awkward position and you have to avoid swinging the weight which can throw off your balance. Some belts made specifically for this purpose have nylon straps instead of the chain, but I would imagine they are only marginally more comfortable. I bought this one because I didn't want to spend $75 or $135 on the belt squat belts. Bottom line is that this belt works fairly well for this purpose, although I have come to the conclusion that nothing can make this particular exercise comfortable! FYI, in case this is important to you, I am a female, 5'5" 150 lbs.

    I have been using the Premium Dip Belt by DMoose Fitness for a couple weeks now. Overall, it is a solid product.

    The chain:
    - The chain fits through plates easily, leaving plenty of room for them to hang while doing dips or pull-ups. I currently use 3 plates, totaling 25 lbs.
    - While it does look small, comparatively, I have not felt that the integrity would be compromised in any way.
    - The clasps, while small as well, can hold multiple links, as I have a smaller waist and have doubled up so that it doesn't fall down while lifting heavier.
    - The D rings that are at the edges of the belt are quite large compared to the chain and clasps, which makes it seem as though one could substitute their own chain and clasps for larger ones, if desired.

    The belt:
    - The belt is rather rigid straight out of the box, but bends easily around the waist with no decrease in performance.
    - As a smaller person, the belt has a little bit of excess length to it. However, this is meant to be a one-size-fits-all belt, so if you need smaller, you may have to tighten it as I do by doubling up on the clasps, or look for a belt that has sizing.
    - Sweet muscular moose decal to set you apart from other belts in the gym.

    The company:
    - This is my first purchase with DMoose. I would be willing to try more products from them, being satisfied with the performance of this belt.
    - DMoose states a lifetime guarantee, emphasizing quality products as their main advertising, which I support.
    - DMoose currently has 10 items for purchase on Amazon, and on their website, which allows them to focus on quality, as they state.
    - Their Instagram account has plenty of motivational pieces and example videos. However, I did not see many videos that highlighted their products specifically.

    I am happy with this purchase, and look forward to trying other DMoose fitness gear in the future.

    I bought this after my old EliteFTS belt finally broke after 3 or so years of frequent use. I immediately found it to be more comfortable, the weight hangs more naturally, and it has zero tendency to slide down my hips like the older one did.

    Unfortunately, after the first or second time I used it, I noticed a rather large tear in the stitching that holds one of the metal loops that the chain passes through. If the rip were to get any bigger, I was concerned the weight might fall off in the middle of a rep. Since I had been using it for chin ups with about 50-55 pounds, which is far below what it is supposed to be able to hold (i.e., I didn't hang an ungodly amount of weight from it), I contacted DMOOSE customer service.

    They immediately offered either to refund my money or else send a replacement. Since I liked it, I opted for a replacement. It arrived very quickly, and I have since used it frequently with no issue, leading me to think that the tear was an atypical one-off kind of thing. And to their credit, DMOOSE asked if I could send pics of the tear so they could examine it and see if there was something they needed to look into overall for the product design. I like that the company pays attention to keeping tabs on any nececesary changes and/or design issues.

    Overall, excellent product + great customer service = a company that just shot to the top of my list for where I'll shop in the future for exercise equipment.

    Great belt, really comfortable with heavy weights and lots of back support, however paint started pealing on the clips and fabric got loose due to heavy weights. Still works though. The belt is a real shirt destroyer though. The clips make little holes in your tshirts
