They fit well they have nice colors but there's as much bounce as if you were wearing a built-in bra strap shirt, which is to say a lot. Definitely not high impact but very cute and fine for me to wear kickboxing

    Most folks read only the first few lines so firstly I would advise to size up. I am a 32D, 5’5” & 125 lb so I ordered a medium. I tried it on & unfortunately it was difficult to pull over my head & shoulders, & once in place, the band was overly snug so I ordered a large set & discovered a perfect fit! (Kudos to the seller & Amazon for free return of the ones that didn’t fit)
    The style, fabric, & workmanship appear to be excellent. As for the fit, the cups & band of the large are appropriately snug so it is supportive during activities. I chose to keep the removable cup inserts in place because they provide modesty.
    Because there are no wires, clips or hooks, it allows for a smooth appearance under your top; They are practical also - I was able to wear one as a regular bra during a recent MRI.
    The rich colors match most of my active wear leggings so I couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase.

I especially like how they come up higher under the arm as my breast tissue extends under my arms and with most bras I'm hanging over and often get chafing when lifting weights. No more! I also like that the cup pads come packaged separately so you have the option to use them or not. THESE ARE PERFECT!!
