I initially ordered a single 6 port water module to replace a fifteen year old unit that started to fail this past summer. At first sight I thought that the replacement module worked because I saw one of the cleaning spouts on the pool working. I ordered a second unit thinking "I might as well". Fast forward a few weeks - I spent a few hours this weekend watching the cleaning spout rotations and realize that only two were getting water. I removed both water modules and found that one's gears were very hard to turn. I returned it and immediately replaced the "stuck" one with a new one. Now only three cleaning spouts (out of 10) get water. Unfortunately, one unit is past my 30 day return period but will return the second one.
