    I was hoping to save some money by purchasing these paper towels, after all, they are made in the image of Bounty original paper towels. They have the same handy Select-A-Size feature and the cost savings compared to original Bounty is quite noticeable. Unfortunately, I may as well have purchased a generic, store-brand product. Bounty Essentials are much less absorbent, often smearing a mess, rather than picking it up. Over the months that I tried to convince myself that I was saving money, I was actually paying more by doubling and tripling the number of paper towels needed to pick up liquid and solid messes. It’s a shame that Bounty Original now costs so much. I’ve always sworn by the original product and have been extremely loyal to the brand. Because the cost of original Bounty has tripled since the pandemic—as have many brand name products due to price-gouging, inflation, or corporate greed—I was hopeful that the same quality would shine through, but I was wrong. Bounty Essentials are just not up to par, forcing me to revert back to the original product that I can hardly afford.

    simply cheap crap filled with air. ..i compared the weight of these to other brands similar style similar price and these are 50% lighter in matters...this means 50% less paper product...i would never buy again...poor value.i dont care about sheet count...sheet count is irrelevant...its the paper thickness/weight that matters...
