My periods are super irregular due to pcos. Decided to give this a try along with Myo D Chiro Inositol to help regulate myself and just 2 days after taking them my period came. So far it’s working well for me. Doesn’t have a bad taste. I’ll come back and update when the bottle is finished for a final review
