    Night shift here! For the first 6 months I only need one gummy to knocked me out within half an hour, but after 6 months I sometimes need to take two of them in order to sleep during the day. It works well with me plus the blackout curtains. Moving on to a second bottle! If your body does well with melatonin I recommend trying it. Very soft gummy with a pleasant flavor. I would say the only thing is if I take them and woke up less than 6 hours from the time I took the gummies, sometimes I feel groggy or have a headache.
