I have to say that this actually seems to work for me. When I start sneezing or feel a tickle in my throat or something in my nose, I start using this product and my symptoms seem to resolve after a couple sessions (meaning, I use it two times at least in a row with time spaced apart as instructed). The wildest thing is that I honestly haven't gotten a full blow cold since I've been using this. This product has seemed to stop it from getting worse.
It's not fair to compare, but just want to share my that I've tried a honey propolis spray in the past and that didn't work as well as this zinc spray. I really think zinc works at the start of any symptoms as some clinical studies have shown.
I would say try this product and see what happens with yourself. I like the oral spray format because it's convenient. You just spray it 4x in your mouth, try to get it on the roof of your mouth, gums, side of inner cheeks, I'll use my tongue to spread it around (forgive me if that's gross to read). Then wait 15 seconds and swallow. Also, directions say don't take on an empty stomach and no citrus food/drink 30 min before AND after as well. After you spray, you can't eat or drink 15 mins after. I do follow the directions to a tee, so make sure to do this to get the best results.
