    I was looking for a specific size for our closet and this works great, and I like the way it looks. It is easy and quick to assemble and very lightweight. The gray color is a heathered gray and looks good in my newly renovated closet of white. It is large and has two sides and a top which you can leave up or down as you wish. It has laundry bags with hooks that are easily placed and removable. I did remove one of the bags and took it on vacation with us and used it for our dirty laundry to transport home. I do wish they were a bit sturdier, but so far that is not a problem; they haven't fallen, torn, collapsed or broken.

    UPDATE - I contacted the company and they were VERY RESPONSIVE and VERY HELPFUL. They evidently have updated the product and the pictures showing the buttons are the older version. They sent me that version and honestly, after using both I’m now torn between which I like better. The newer version (my original purchase) has a larger bag and capacity, but in the older version the bags stay a little better. Overall, I do recommend this product, whichever version you end up with.

    I purchased this hamper back in January, knowing I was going to move in the summer and saving it for then. I finally moved and was finally able to open the box and put this hamper together - sad that a new hamper excites me now. Haha. Anyway, aside from the fact that there are absolutely no directions included in the package, the hamper is missing the “sturdy olive buckles” and the bags are missing the loops that the missing buckles are supposed to go through, essentially making this hamper useless. The bags seem too big to fit in this hamper properly, like the wrong bags were sent. But that doesn’t explain the lack of “sturdy olive buckles”, as noted in the description and the pictures. The bags just fall to the bottom and the lid is pointless. The bags are also very cheap feeling. Sadly, I am past the return date since I put it away for my move so I cannot return it and am out the money I spent. Save your money. So many other options on Amazon that come as described and are less expensive.

    Opened and assembled it, when I noticed that the olive buckles that hold the bags in place were missing. No extras in the box and the product page clearly advertises the buckles to hold the bags. I saw reviews with pictures that did include olive buckles, so I returned and ordered another one. Received an identical item without the buckles. Returning once again and buying something else. I ordered the gray version in the Netherlands. If anyone receives one with the buckles after this review let it be known. Otherwise the product does not work
