I’ve been having less gut issues since incorporating these capsules into my daily routine. I love that it contains both prebiotics and probiotics to get rid of bad bacteria and keep the good bacteria for a better gut. Taking these has helped me with bloating and digestion. It’s good to know that these capsules can also be opened up and sprinkled into any cold foods or beverages if you have trouble swallowing pills. So far, so good and I will continue using!
