I received my ??NEW WOJET?? surface cleaner which I ordered the .25 tips for my 2.5 GPM PW. I removed the original tips and noticed RUST INSIDE THE WAND THROUGHOUT!!! HOW. WHY??? Everything appears to be new, so why would it have RUST in the new wand. Someone need to respond because I have pictures and have not used it yet. I'm purchasing all new equipment to be used in the Spring of 2024.REVIEW UPDATE:The manufacturer has reached out to me and explained their suppliers mixup of the wand being cast iron and not stainless. They have sent me a replacement and I'm fine with the resolution.

    This worked perfect on my 5gpm/4000psi machine. I put it on my 9gpm/3500 machine. It hardly worked and my underloader was recirculating most of the water back into my tank. I had to change the tips on the bar for my bigger machine (2) 0540 from northern tools for like 15-20$. Yielding roughly 2700psi with these, perfect for concrete pavers. Hate the castors they had to go, preferences, preferences. I like the ergonomics, it’s more comfortable the my GP hammerhead. Much thicker bar than the GP in the event you want to physically destroy whatever it smacks.

    I bought a cheaper surface cleaner and paid the price. The Wojet 20" surface cleaner with two handle bars glides so much easier than the cheaper model that was just attached with my gun and an extension. I felt like if I moved to fast with the cheaper model that I might snap the connection or bend the wand. With the Wojet the sturdy steel handle bars, great casters, wheels and solid decking you know you have a unit that is going to last for years and provide a great ROI. I am glad I upgraded.

    I’ve had this thing for a little over a year now and really liked it when it worked properly. It’s sleek looking, breaks down for storage and did a good job cleaning initially. I’ve had my fair share of surface cleaners that attach to your wand but this is the first full system I’ve had that connects directly to your hose, it’s definitely better for your back and easier to maneuver however it recently started getting clogged leaving a nasty circle effect and unfinished product, I’ve cleaned everything out and trouble shot how the company suggest with no improvement and now it won’t even spin leaving just a ring. Luckily I bought the 2 year replacement plan for $26 and am getting a refund for this product. I am disappointed this one didn’t work out for the future and will look for a more name brand option now in hopes of longer lasting product. Long story short IF YOU PURCHASE GET THE WARRANTY. Thank you asurion.
