When I unboxed my vacuum machine it looked used when I paid for a new one. It looked as if there was plastic on the machine that had been removed because there were pieces of little plastic sticking up. The instructions mentions putting the bag to a color inside the machine but there aren't any colors inside. It's all black. Also, the canning tube had debris inside and I didn't use it.That being said, I do like it. I probably will not use the canning tube and I do like the machine.I think you should give me a discount for selling me a used machine.I would ask for a refund or exchange because the ratings are so good but, the original box was put in recycling and picked up.For a moment I thought this machine didn't work properly and I kept getting an error after I tried to vacuum a few bags of vegetables. I discovered that I wasn't properly closing the lid. I am giving it a 4 star rating because I did get a few bags vacuumed correctly and I need to practice using it more.

    Worked better than a previous, big name brand I had ordered first. It was easy to use, easy to clean and it was the quietest until I have ever used.

    It does take a bit longer per use but I would rather have something preserved properly than find out a previous package failed to keep the air from penetrating.

    We've gone through several vacuum sealers for our business. Some good, some not so good. This is the best by far. Easy to use and really gets all the air out. Solid machine and very good build quality. Multiple options but the controls are intuitive and easy to understand. It just works well.
