I have chronic back and neck issues and so have numerous braces and support belts of various types. I ordered this particular brace to help prevent injury while I'm doing work around our property that entails a lot of heavy lifting. I followed the size guidelines and ordered a small since I have a 25-26" waist, but it is too small. The elastic straps should at least come all the way to the midline to provide adequate support and structure. When the straps only come to the sides, the brace is not nearly as supportive, and you need all the extra bit of support you can get from this brace because it has very little structure to it otherwise. It's not going to do much to support your back or prevent back injury. There are better, much more supportive options available that I'd recommend before this brace.

    Was able to wear for several hours without any issue but it did get a bit warm for me. The brace is easy to put on and make adjustments to for getting the right fit. The brace itself has ribbed inserts inside the fabric on the back to that helps provide additional support in keeping your posture straight. Overall this has worked well for me.

    This feels like it's made from decent materials - it feels durable too. It also provides moderate support, which is key. I can adjust it however so it fits well. However it's a bit too small. Wearing under clothing is sometimes a challenge. Consider this, but consider others too.

    I have issues with my lower back, and try and avoid heavy lifting, but that isn't always possible. This back brace has been a game changer! It redistributes the weight and keeps me from lifting with my back and injuring myself.

    It is high quality, pretty straight forward, and easy to use. It does run a bit small, so if you are between sizes you may want to size up.

    Overall if you have issues with your lower back, or if you have to do repetitive heavy lifting then this is the back brace for you. Highly recommend!

    This back brace provides some moderate support but It’s not a miracle piece. Good sturdy material and well made. The first time I used it I had some trouble adjusting the right fit but once I fitted it properly, I was fine. I like the shoulder straps as they provide additional back support and help with my posture. This brace is not the cure to all my back problems, but I’ll take whatever little support I can get. Having it on reminds me that I need to be conscious on how I treat my body so that alone is a big help!
