My daughter was saying her ear hurt, so we looked into it with one of those doctor's magnifier/light tool. We clean her ears often but there was a lot of wax built up deeper and we could obviously not go that deep with a qtip. After some research I bought these drops to help soften the was. It is easy to use, you put it in and let it sit for 20 minutes (granted my 4 year old was not a fan but a good tv show helped). They you rinse it off with a bit of water.
I did it twice in a raw (a single dose was enough). And voila, we looked again and the wax was mostly gone.
I happened to go to the pediatrician a couple of days later and she said it was the good way to do it. She saw that my son also had an ear with wax and recommended to do the same.
Pros: easy to use, good single dose size, no pain, unexpensive, and it works!!
Cons: hard to get a toddler to sit in place with the head down but that has nothing to do with the product lol

Damaged product sealed in box
I used one vile on my son who has major earwax buildup. Sadly, when I went to open the second vile to use on his other ear, this one had somehow been cut open prior to me receiving it and had leaked the product out into the box, which had crystallized. These are all connected inside the box so there’s no way it happened in transit. I’ve reached out to the manufacturer for a replacement. The product works wonderfully but I’m leaving a 2 star review because in today’s time of expensive overpriced items, my family can’t afford to pay for products we’re not actually receiving.

The ear wax MD for kids is a great addition to our medicine cabinet. It does not melt the wax completely, but it does work well and fast by softening the ear wax and make it easier and more accessible to detach and retrieve it with a Q-tip.
It doesn't melt the wax, but it does soften and helps the cleaning.

This box comes with 5 single use vials. Depending on the side of the kid, and the wax situation amount, one vial may be enough to get the job done.
Easy to use. Open by twisting the tip and applying the content to the ears. Start the countdown. You have to let the product work for about 15 to 20 min. And then you can clean in.
After your done there is no need to find the cap since the vials are one time use and can be discarded.
