    I set up a monitor next to my Bow Flex. I can see the monitor facing one direction and the laptop in the other. I was originally using it to watch HIIT routines so I could get the hang of changing exercises, and using the machine fluidly. After I got the hang of it I kept using the same videos just for the timer.

    When I saw this I knew it would be a great addition for me. I have my own routine worked out now so I can set this for HIIt just work through my own exercises rather than listening to instructions i am not following.

    There are a lot of different modes, but I honestly found it a little overwhelming never having used a timer before. That also gives me nothing to compare it to. It does work 100% to me needs, I just had figured out how the HIIT timer works and left it at that.

    If you have a bunch of machines and do a longer routine than me this could be great with all of the options. For me the simplicity of the resetting timer is all I need. Nice and clear, easy to read, audible timer end, and remote control to easily turn it on.

    I wanted to use this as a regular clock without the timer function and I will say it can work as a regular clock that also shows temperature and the date.
    After reading the instructions, I am still not so sure how all the timer settings work. I think you need to know which one adapts better to your workout, sets and timing. If I didn't have the instructions at hand, I would have no idea what each one does just by looking at the setting name.
    Setting up the time and date was intuitive, but I did it one by one because I forgot I could just type the numbers in with the remote. Also, during the setting up you cannot adjust or turn off the volume aparently, so I was going crazy with all the beeping.
    When not setting up, you can easily adjust between 3 levels of brightness and volume. I'm surprised there are not a lot of options but I am not disappointed about it.
    Overall I would recommend this clock for an at home gym or on any large room where you usually need timers.

    I've been using this timer for my casual workouts, and it's super convenient! Its large, bright 16.5” LED display is easy for me to see from across the room, and its 3.4” digits ensure I'm never squinting mid-workout. Switching between interval training and countdown modes is easy with the remote, and I love that I can save my custom settings for repeated use. Its buzzer is loud enough to catch my attention but not too disruptive, and the adjustable sound levels are a thoughtful touch.
