Different Results Than Other Reviewers...These Knock Me Out.
I was a little disappointed when I read the reviews before agreeing to review this product because it seems that some of the other reviewers mentioned that they didn't have very effective results with these gummies. I decided to give it a saw anyway and see. My results have actually been quite the opposite of what the others experienced. I find that these actually make me quite drowsy shortly after taking them. I am used to taking melatonin and have been taking it for years now. My usual dose is 3mg. The serving size in this bottle is to gummies, which give you 3 mg of melatonin. Since there are other calming ingredients in this formulation I decided to only try a 1/2 dose, 1 gummy the first night. I have been using this for 4 nights now and one gummy is all it takes for me. These are pretty fast acting and within 10 minutes I am just about out of it and I fall asleep quickly.Some of the other reviewers mentioned that this doesn't keep them asleep at night and they end up waking up. I haven't had any issue with this either. I get great sleep with these. I also don't feel drowsy or overly tired like I do with some of the other melatonin supplements I have tried in the past.I think this is a great sleep gummy and it even has other immune system boosting ingredients. Now, to taste could be a little better. It is very tart and not very sweet. It isn't bad tasting, just nothing to write home about.
