Soft throw, it’s on the thinner side with good size cord so you don’t have to sit inches from an outlet. The blanket is very easy to use, plug it in and choose your level of heat. There are several levels of heat from which to choose, it heats up quickly and maintains the level of heat as long as you keep it plugged it. I bought the throw which is big enough to easily provide coverage for 2 people. It’s a quality throw that has lasted all winter. It’s perfect for sleeping and catching a quick nap.

Works well
Just bought this blanket. Overall pleased. It’s soft, heats up quickly and will turn itself off after 3 hours. The wires inside are thin and flexible making it easy to snuggle up. My only issue and why I gave it 4 stars, not 5, is because of the placement of the care instructions. They are sewn onto the top side of the blanket. Extremely visible which is helpful but I would prefer it to have been sewn onto the fleece side so as not to be seen when the blanket is laid out. Not a big deal. The label can easily be removed and reattached somewhere else. The inside instructions differ from the outside instructions.

Very misleading, wasted money I have other heated blankets or heated throws even with us being on five and keeping it on overnight to see if it would heat up the heat is terrible. I hate that I miss a deadline to return that don’t waste your money because it does not heat up Weight not durable is great But no warmth Usually use just just a throw blanket functionality is horrible. Doesn’t heat up properly even if you have it on the highest setting. Easy to use, but it doesn’t work. The functionality is not there for the heating.

Got the yellow throw. Previous heating blanket i owned died but I remember it being quite a lot warmer than this one. I'm not sure this one is actually reaching 40C even at setting 5 like it said it should, and any setting below 5 is much too cold and almost feels like it doesn't do anythingNellieSoft but not very warm :(

Mind you, i got the throw because i wanted to sit on the couch during winter in canada and not freeze, not bundle up under a bunch of blankets like i could do without the heated one.
unfortunately the blanket is lukewarm at most, unless it is repeatedly folded over itself to trap the heat. :(
