    This panel can add USB quick charging outlets in a variety of locations, which means the full wiring solution is bespoke (and project Bill of Materials is probably developed as installation proceeds). My initial thought is to equip my 2017 auto with USBs near the rear seat at the back of the center console (these have become expected for modern cars, and these added power-only ones will be useful).

    Since I haven't yet found time for the install project, I decided to use an adjustable dc voltage supply I have to test the outlets with inputs around 14 volts, and plugging in a cellphone, and high-power charging appears normal. Of note: the illumination for this panel is off when it's powered off using its switch. Maybe it could be modded to have an instrument panel connected light, but that would likely void any warranty. The current fourteen dollar price is nice for this neat panel.

    I have an off-grid home which all runs on 48 volts DC from a solar power system. I step it down to 12 volts in several locations with inexpensive converters from Amazon, and have these devices connected there so that I can leave a phone or other USB device connected. They work great.
