      The housing is a little weak but this is a great addition to a bike without a power port. I added it to a switched circuit so it doesn't stay on full time. It sticks up a little far but with mini ape hangers it isn't as noticeable as it would be on straight bars. Nicely made and should keep moisture out. I would recommend.

      This charges my Samsung S10e in quick mode, so puts 12v for faster USB-C charging. It doesn't step up the voltage to 19v like a home unit. This will charge at around 35 watts though which keeps the phone working and charged when riding with Google maps on display. Several outlets and battery voltage are on the front so I can monitor cycle battery charging on the go. Great unit, small, easy to find spare places on the handlebars for mounting.

      The USB-C outputs meet the specs and can output 1 ,2 or 3 amps at 5V.
      Manually switching either output can select 5V, 9V, or 12V if your equipment can do it.

      The USB-A output can output 5V, 9V and 12V.
      It says 5V at 3A but seems to drop a lot under load well before 3A.
      3 amps pulls it down to 4.5V
      2A pulls it down to 4.7V.

      We can tell from the fuse holder, terminals and other hardware that it's generic or made for many dofferent company.

      PRO: Very easy to install on the handlebar. Water tight with a cap that closes on the front face. Shows the current volts. Both USB-C and the older USB-A/B available.

      CON: Space on your handlebar can sometimes be hard to find especially on an e-bike with a display.
