These are tasty and I don't think most people would realize they are low carb if they did a blind taste test. That said, while they are low carb, they are probably not really keto as they do have a small amount of sugar and will raise your blood glucose, although nothing like a regular sweet snack.
If you are on strict Keto and want to stay in Ketosis, you may want to avoid these unless it's a cheat day. If you're on a maintenance low carb/keto diet you can probably have one once in a while. It may be helpful if you do some activity after eating them to mitigate the little bit of sugar. If you're not able to exercise right away, eating half of one will be less likely to kick you out of ketosis and still allow a nice little treat. A bonus is that they will last twice as long as they are a bit pricey; as are most low carb products.
I'd especially recommend these for healthy young people who do not yet have insulin resistance or weight issues. You can enjoy these without worrying and they will help keep you healthy so you aren't forced to take drastic steps to address blood sugar issues/insulin resistance like many of us (myself included). You don't realize how good you have it now, but as you get older it catches up to you unless you are a gym rat!

These are absolutely delicious! Well deserving of 5/5 stars and I tend to be a tough critic. I got the Sea Salt Dark Chocolate, and I have never had a tastier clean bar in my life! Well worth the price for the keto safe ingredients, I will definitely be ordering this again soon and sharing with my friends and family! It’d even order this again if I was not doing keto! Already planning to take these to Disneyland… Can’t wait to try more flavors. :)-A tough critic and proud food connoisseur ♡
