    I had been using Nice'n Easy for many years. Everyone complimented me as it brought natural highlights to my hair. I only touched my roots and the match was perfect.
    When they "improved" the product, I used the same color I had always used. It turned out extremely dark. There is a drastic difference in color. Although it doesn't cover the gray well, it does not allow for any natural highlights to show. I have gone down two tones to see if I can get the results I used to get but it has been impossible. When something works well, there is no need for change. My family and friends who also used it have already changed brands. I will not recommend the product any longer. What a disappointment!

I thought that it was easy to manage to put on my hair and the instructions were easy to follow. My hair felt healthier and it was easier to manage too, it did a great job covering my gray hair and I will definitely buy and recommend this product.
